ABOUTReds BASEBALL
As baseball becomes more competitive at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels, player development and exposure are more important than ever. Our program is designed to help athletes build their skills, compete at a high level, and gain meaningful opportunities to be seen by college coaches and professional scouts.
ā
Through experienced coaching, structured training, and participation in competitive showcases and tournaments, players are challenged to reach their full potential both on and off the field. We emphasize fundamentals, baseball IQ, discipline, and confidence while preparing athletes to compete against top talent.
ā
Our mission is to develop well-rounded players who are ready for the next level, providing the instruction, guidance, and exposure needed to pursue collegiate and professional baseball opportunities.
Meet the Coaches
Head Coach & Manager | Michael Dyer
ā
š Elite Development & Championship Culture Coach Michael brings over 20 years of competitive playing expertise and a decade of elite coaching experience directly to the field. His leadership framework focuses strictly on two core pillars: accelerating technical mastery and building elite mental toughness. As an active private hitting instructor and proven championship coach, Michael transforms raw athletic talent into high-performing, high-IQ baseball players who excel under intense game pressure with Proven Developmental Teams.
ā
Proven Track Record Championship Pedigree: Led Crossroads Middle School baseball to a historic 21-0-1 start in two seasons, securing both a League Championship and a PCBL Championship (2023–2024).
ā
National Elite Placement: Coached the Top Level AAA 11U team to a powerhouse season, finishing 3rd in the State and 24th nationally.
ā
Academy Excellence: Developed multi-age roster talent as a core organizational coach at Top Level Baseball Academy for three consecutive years. Technical Mastery: Specializes in advanced hitting mechanics, biomechanics, strategic game IQ, and comprehensive youth baseball development.
ā
Our Mission: Combatting Youth Burnout Through Real Development. The statistics are clear: many young athletes burn out by age 13 or 14 due to over-scheduling and excessive travel game play. To protect our athletes and maximize their potential, Michael has established a philosophy that prioritizes long-term training and practice over the sheer quantity of games played. The Reds began this season as a single-team initiative. Today, we are proud to see our vision translate into a thriving, successful development program that equips players with the mental and physical tools they need to succeed at the next level.
